Right to Return

The buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and fully complete. A receipt or electronic confirmation must be provided.

Return Process

  2. Our specialist will respond within 1 business day.
  3. Ship the product to the specified address.
  4. After inspection, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund

Payment will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on bank processing, it may take 3-10 business days.

Conditions

  • Product must be undamaged.
  • Packaging and labels must be intact.
  • No signs of use.

Exclusions

Custom-made products, opened hygiene products, and certain items sold on promotion are not eligible for return.
